Twisted Strands, Episode 16: Sneezy

I've started a sock, been busting my butt on the shawl, and talk about sniffing out fiber tools at an antique show.

Stuff and Junk
I went to an antique show in Mendham, and came away with two similar looking but pretty bone crochet hooks.
I also ordered some buttons with the show logo on it.
A week or two ago, I watched a very fun new video knitting podcast called Knit One, Heart Two, hosted by Wendy and Sheila.

In celebration of my 15th episode, I’m giving away a copy of Sock Yarn One-Skein Wonders, 101 Patterns for Sockweight yarn. To enter in my drawing, just leave a comment in the blog. The drawing will take place during my 17th episode, so you have two weeks to enter! I’m sorry, but I can’t afford to mail the book outside of the U.S.A.

  4. Great hooks :)
I tasted the Monty Python beer once - didn't care for it, but it's really funny.
By the way, I feel your "Haruni-pain" - I just plowed through one in 8 days :S

    Hope you feel better soon.

  5. Thanks for posting even though you feel like crap. I would be so sad if I didn't get my Jadee fix once a week. :) I now how allergies can drag you down. Can't wait until the buttons come in. I will definitely buy one!

And if I win the book, shipping to an APO address costs the same as any other US address. :D
