When you are knitting or crocheting a toy, remember to always leave a very long tail, in case you need to seam something, or even attach a limb to your toy.

When knitting toys for babys or toddlers, its best to embroider the faces onto your toy. Safety eyes with a backing that will not come off are also ok.

Tip of the Week-
When knitting fingerless gloves, use a stretchy bind off. I used Elizabeth Zimmerman’s sewn bind off for my first Beanstalk glove and it worked beautifully.
